Panna Cotta

Panna cotta, every child’s favorite menu, with tastes that are sweet and mellow contrasting with the sour of the fruit making it top-hit menu that can be easily made in your holidays. Today, One Thai Foods will share a panacotta recipe made from "RichMilk"evaporated milk powder which will add more milk-scented to every child’s favorite panna cotta to be tastier :)

The first one : Strawberry

1. Strawberry juice 300 ml.
2. 5 g of gelatin powder or 3 pieces of gelatin
3. Desired portion of sugar

The second one : Milk

1. 300 ml of RichMilk
2. 100 ml of whipping cream
3. 5 g of gelatin powder or 3 pieces of gelatin
4. ¼ tea spoon of salt
5. 30 g of sugar

The third one : Strawberry jam

1. Strawberry 450g.
2. 70 g of sugar
3. 30 g of water

How to Make Strawberry Panna Cotta with d-ONE Rich Milk

Part 1: Strawberry Layer

  1. Bloom 5 g of gelatin in water for 10 minutes, or soak gelatin sheets in ice-cold water until soft.
  2. Heat strawberry juice and sugar in a saucepan. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  3. Turn off the heat, add the prepared gelatin, and stir until dissolved.
  4. Pour the strawberry mixture into serving glasses. For a diagonal layer, place the glasses at an angle before pouring.
  5. Chill for 3–4 hours, or until the strawberry layer is set.
Part 2: Rich Milk Panna Cotta Layer
  1. Bloom 5 g of gelatin in water for 10 minutes, or soak gelatin sheets in ice-cold water.
  2. Heat Rich Milk and sugar in a saucepan, then stir until combined.
  3. Add whipping cream and mix well.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and stir until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
  5. Turn off the heat and let it cool to around 40°C.
  6. Pour the milk mixture over the set strawberry layer, then refrigerate until firm.
Part 3: Strawberry Sauce
  1. Cook strawberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  3. Strain the strawberry sauce through a sieve.
  4. Pour the sauce over the panna cotta and garnish with fresh strawberries.
Serve chilled and enjoy a smooth, creamy Rich Milk panna cotta with a refreshing strawberry topping.
