Panna Cotta

Panna cotta, every child’s favorite menu, with tastes that are sweet and mellow contrasting with the sour of the fruit making it top-hit menu that can be easily made in your holidays. Today, One Thai Foods will share a panacotta recipe made from "RichMilk"evaporated milk powder which will add more milk-scented to every child’s favorite panna cotta to be tastier :)

 

Ingredients

The first one : Strawberry
1. Strawberry juice 300 ml.

2. 5 g of gelatin powder or 3 pieces of gelatin

3. Desired portion of sugar

The second one : Milk
1. 300 ml of RichMilk
2. 100 ml of whipping cream
3. 5 g of gelatin powder or 3 pieces of gelatin
4. ¼ tea spoon of salt
5. 30 g of sugar

The third one : Strawberry jam
1. Strawberry 450g.

2. 70 g of sugar

3. 30 g of water

How to make

Part 1: Strawberry
1. Mix 5 g of gelatin in water for 10 minutes or freeze piece of gelatin in the very cold water.
2. Pour strawberry juice & sugar in a pot, then put it on the stove and stir sugar until all of it dissolves.
3. Turn off the stove, then add the prepared gelatin and stir until the gelatin dissolves.
4. Pour strawberry juice that you made into your ware.
5. Freeze for about 3 – 4 hours.

Part 2: Milk
1. Mix 5 g of gelatin in water for 10 minutes or freeze piece of gelatin in very cold water.
2. Pour RichMilk and sugar into the pot, then put it on the stove and stir to mix them
3. Add whipping cream and stir to mix it.
4. Add salt and continue to stir until it’s boiled.
5. Turn off the stove, wait the ingredient to cool off at 40 degree Celsius.
6. Pour the ingredient into your strawberry juice ware and freeze it.

Part 3: Strawberry Jam

1. Add strawberry, sugar and water into the pot, then stir until all of sugar dissolves.

2. Put the pot away from the stove and blend it up with a blender

3. Strain strawberry jam with a strainer.

4. Pour strawberry jam on the top of panna cotta.
